Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 21 April 2026

Flow Recovery OÜ is committed to making flowrecovery.app accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. This statement explains how accessible the website is, what we are doing to improve it, and how to contact us if you encounter problems.

Our commitment

We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These are the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

The website has not yet been formally audited against WCAG 2.2. We are in the process of reviewing our pages and components, and will update this statement as work progresses.

What the website aims to do

We have designed flowrecovery.app with accessibility in mind. The site is intended to:

  • Work across devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
  • Support browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Allow navigation using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
  • Use colour contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA requirements for body text.

Some areas of the site may not yet meet these goals in full. Where we identify gaps, we will work to address them.

Known limitations

Parts of our website display content from third-party services, including UserJot (used for our roadmap, updates, and feedback pages) and Google Analytics. We do not control the accessibility of these third-party components, and they may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 standards.

We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit of the site. Until we do, we cannot list all known issues. If you encounter a problem, please let us know so we can address it.

Feedback and contact

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of flowrecovery.app, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us:

Email: support@flowrecovery.com

We aim to respond within five working days. Your feedback helps us improve the site for everyone.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) in the UK via their website at equalityhumanrights.com, or the equivalent regulator in your country.

Changes to this statement

We will update this statement as we make improvements to the site or complete accessibility assessments. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
